Selling at the counter

Take an order and deliver it from a warehouse

The customer picks it at the counter. It goes from the warehouse nearest their home.

Steps9

  1. Open Sell.
  2. At the top of the bill, tap Deliver.
  3. Add the items. You can add anything the business has, at any warehouse.
  4. Tap Deliver.
  5. Pick the customer and the address. Add a map pin to the address if it has none.
  6. Check Ships from. Items at different places? Pick One parcel, or one from each place.
  7. Pick the Deliver on day, if they want a day.
  8. Type what they Paid now. Leave it empty if they pay it all on delivery.
  9. Tap Take order.

If it stops you

Pick the customer it goes to: an order for delivery needs a customer with an address.

Some items wait for stock: none of your places has enough. Refill that warehouse or buy it in, then open the order and hold the stock.

Deliver is not at the top of the bill: it comes with Online orders in your plan.

No warehouse delivers to that postcode: open Warehouse, then Warehouses, open the warehouse and tap Delivers to. Add the postcode under Serves, or take it off Blocked.

No cash on delivery to this postcode: that warehouse has the postcode under No COD. Take the full amount now.
