Use your accountant's names in Tally

Type the ledger names your accountant uses. The Tally file then uses them.

Steps6

  1. Open Business.
  2. Tap Accounting exports.
  3. Tap Names in your Tally.
  4. Type the company name, as Tally shows it.
  5. Next to each ledger, type your accountant's name for it.
  6. Tap Save names.

Good to know

  • Leave a box empty to keep Kownt X's name.
  • Customers and suppliers keep their own names.
