Set a store's phone, type, manager and hours

Each store keeps its own phone, type, manager and opening hours.

Steps7

  1. Open Settings and tap Stores.
  2. On the store's card, tap Store details.
  3. Pick the Type of store: shop, showroom, mall counter, kiosk, online only or franchise.
  4. Type the Store phone.
  5. Under Run by, pick the person who runs it.
  6. Turn on Set opening hours and type the times for each day. Tap Same hours every day to copy Monday.
  7. Tap Save details.

If it stops you

"That phone number has letters": use digits, spaces, brackets, a dash or a + at the start.

"Pick someone who works in this shop": that person left or belongs to another shop. Pick someone from your team.

Two times on one day overlap: change one so they don't.

Good to know

  • The card shows the type, open or closed now, the manager and the phone. Tap the phone button to call it.
  • When someone stops working for you, they stop being a store's manager.
  • Bills and orders work at any hour. The hours are for your team and customers to see.
  • Changing store details needs the Stores permission.
