Check what a marketplace paid you

Upload the payout file. Kownt X checks each order against what you should get.

Steps6

  1. Download the payment report from your seller account.
  2. Open Business.
  3. Tap Marketplace payouts.
  4. Tap Check a settlement file.
  5. Pick the marketplace. Tap Choose the settlement CSV.
  6. Check the first rows. Tap Reconcile.

Good to know

  • Short payments show in red. Raise them before the 10th of next month.
